Thank you for your purchase from Sothestore! We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  2.  Securely pack your item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

  • Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Extra charges may apply.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within thirty (30) days.
  • Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
  • We will notify  you by email when your return has been processed.
